Personal Counselling (One-to-One)

Personal counselling is a private one-to-one space with Moffat Kago. It gives you time to speak honestly about what has been happening, how it has affected you, and what you want to understand or change.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation. Many people start with a feeling: anxiety, heaviness, anger, confusion, pressure, or the sense that something in life is no longer working.
What one-to-one counselling can help with
Moffat works with clients around anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, relationship difficulties, separation, anger, sleep issues, work stress, redundancy, confidence, and life transitions. Sessions can also support grief, loneliness, self-esteem, family pressure, and the emotional patterns that keep repeating.
The work is collaborative. Moffat will listen carefully, ask questions, and help you connect present struggles with the beliefs, experiences, habits, or relationships underneath them.
What sessions are like
Sessions are calm, private, and paced around what you can manage. Some sessions may focus on understanding the past. Others may be more practical, looking at boundaries, choices, coping tools, communication, or the week ahead.
You will not be pushed to share more than you are ready to share. The aim is to make the issue clearer and give you a steadier way to respond to it.
