Online Therapy

Online therapy gives you access to counselling with Moffat without needing to travel. It can work well if you live outside Nairobi, have a full schedule, travel often, or feel more settled speaking from a familiar space.
The session is still a real counselling session. The difference is the room.
What online sessions can help with
Online counselling can support many of the same concerns as in-person work, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, work stress, relationship issues, grief, loneliness, and life transitions.
It can also be useful when you want consistency but cannot always attend physically.
What to expect
Moffat will agree the format with you before the session. You will need a private space, a stable connection, and enough time before and after the session to arrive and settle.
Confidentiality still matters online. Using headphones, choosing a quiet room, and avoiding public spaces helps protect the work.
Is online therapy right for me?
Online therapy may not be the best option if you are in immediate crisis, unsafe at home, or unable to speak privately. In those cases, in-person support, crisis support, or a trusted person nearby may be more appropriate.
Starting with Moffat
You can begin online with a free consultation or book a full session. If online work is not the right fit, Moffat can discuss whether in-person sessions would be better.
